Delivery and Returns
Delivery Information
All our items are handmade to order in our North Devon Workshop. Manufacturing usually takes approximately 10 to 14 days and will be dispatched upon completion.
For all deliveries there is a small delivery charge to cover the cost of postage and packing your order. The delivery charge is according to the total weight of your parcel and is clearly shown on the checkout page of our website. These charges are in line with the carrier company that we presently use.
All shipping costs are based total weight of the complete order and are as follows:

Under 1kg ........ £3.00

1kg to 2kg ........ £4.20
-
2kg to 5kg ....... £5.60
-
Over 10kg ........ £10.00
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will notify you by email confirming that your parcel is on its way with a tracking number where this is provided to us by the carrier company. Delivery normally takes between 2 and 3 working days to arrive. For further information please refer to the Delivery & Carriage Charges section on our Terms & Conditions page.
At certain times we may run promotions that allow free delivery. These promotions will only be valid for the time period outlined in the promotion.

Returns & Exchange Policy
You may cancel your order up to 14 days after the delivery date in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Please be aware that some items would not fall under the Regulations.

If an item needs to be returned, then please contact using the contact us form on our website within 14 days of the date of delivery, explaining the reason for wanting to return the item. When contacting us please include the order number.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs and the item remains the customers responsibly until we receive it at our premises. The item must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.
Once we receive the item we will inspect the item and will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including any carriage charges that we charged you for the items that you return to us. If the item has been used or damaged, then we cannot guarantee a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
